(April 8, 2006, Taipei) SinoPac Holdings (2890) scores "A" in Corporate Governance, according to the latest edition of "Taiwan Corporate Guide 101", published by CN Intelligence Research, a UK based research institution.

CN Intelligence Research, commissioned by the Taiwan Stock Exchange, evaluated the corporate governance practices of 101 Taiwan companies; such evaluation was based on annual reports, quarterly reports of each company, and interview results with analysts and investors. SinoPac Holdings is one of the 13 companies that was rated, and led the pack by receiving an "A" rating in Corporate Governance.

The survey is disclosed in "Taiwan Corporate Guide 101" published in 2006.
