Sinopac Holdings Board of Directors Resolution on 2004 Dividends
(February 23, 2004, Taipei) The Board of Directors of SinoPac Holdings resolved on that NT$0.5 be paid as cash dividend and NT$0.46 as stock dividend on 2003 earnings subject to the approval of the Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 11 June 2004.
